Energize Physiotherapy

Energize Physiotherapy is a new private physiotherapy clinic based in Monifieth, Angus. We are a team of 4 very experienced physiotherapists specialising in general musculo-skeletal conditions and sports physiotherapy.
We have been open since August 2010 and are firmly established within the new purpose built Monifieth Dental Clinic.
At Energize Physiotherapy we aim to help you reach your full potential, whether it’s recovering from injury, illness or disease or coping with the effects of ageing. We aim to reduce pain and restore normal movement and function for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
We will provide a highly specialised assessment of your condition from which we develop an individualised treatment program for you. This may include “hands on treatment” such as mobilisations and massage, electrotherapy, acupuncture, exercise programmes and advice. Most importantly we will provide advice on how to prevent recurrence of your problem and can help with the long-term management of chronic problems.
